I get stuff done

Stephanie is a native Floridian, and grew up in Tampa. She's married with two children, two dogs, and a bunch of freshwater fish. Her favorite Disney park is Epcot, but only on low attendance days. She thoroughly enjoys bad sci-fi movies, good food and local beers. 

Once upon a time she was a bartender in Ybor, and somehow survived slinging drinks through several Guavaweens, Gasparillas, and St Patrick's Days.

Since joining her current brokerage, Stephanie has toured over 400 homes in every condition: move-in ready, "needs TLC", and complete renovation projects. You name it, she's seen it.
Additionally, prior to becoming a Realtor, Stephanie was and continues to be a real estate photographer. In the decade of owning her photography business, she picked up a number of useful attributes. Some of the more useful ones are related to marketing and advertising, including social media and print marketing and design.

Stephanie attended Hillsborough Community College, Miami-Dade College, Santa Fe College, and the University of Florida. In addition to racking up boatloads of non-degree related credits, she has a stash of continuing education hours for real estate specific courses.
